CRADLE OF FILTH Releases Brand-New Single "Malignant Perfection"

Legendary British extreme metal band Cradle of Filth is currently spreading its dark musical influence over Europe with the United Kingdom and European Union legs of its Order of the Dragon tour. The tour began around Halloween and will continue the spooky season way into Yuletide.
Cradle of Filth has released a new single to coincide with their trek through Europe. The track exemplifies the dark atmosphere of this time of year.
"Our new single and video, 'Malignant Perfection’, is our horrific homage to All Hallows Eve, as embodied by the female deification of evil. It is a perfect musical accompaniment to the spirit of the witching season; invoking dark, Autumnal splendor and celebrating the time when the thin line between life and death is at its most tenuous and the denizens of the otherworld seek to break the veil into ours.”

“Malignant Perfection” is accompanied by a music video that captures the sinister vibe of the single. Phantasmagoric and theatrical, “Malignant Perfection” plays like a mini-horror movie that will give you nightmares.
“The video, directed by the imitable Vicente Cordero and featuring the creative masterstrokes of one Missy Munster, is a playground of seductive darkness rife with malicious monsters and cryptid creations, all vying voraciously for the viewer’s eternal soul.”

Cradle of Filth embarked on the European tour right after coming off a very well-received tour of Australia. The band's success is not restricted to music. Recent endorsement deals with fashion designers coincided with Cradle of Filth’s recent tour.
“This comes at a perfect juncture for the Halloween period and our ‘By Order Of The Dragon’ UK/European Autumn tour. It also arrives on the back of a sensational collaboration with massive fashion label Vetement and also Blackcraft Clothing, and in the fiery wake of a successful sold-out Australian tour."
Cradle of Filth is supported on the UK tour by Butcher Babies, High Parasite, and Black Satellite. The line-up for the band’s tour of continental Europe is identical save for Mental Cruelty.
“Malignant Perfection” offers fans a hint of what’s more to come from the Cradle of Filth. The group has a new 14-track album set to be released via Napalm Records.
