Crown Magnetar Release New Video for Nail Funeral

With the recent release of their second studio album, the tech deathcore group Crown Magnetar are here to show why they deserve the hype. Their sophomore album, Everything Bleeds proves that deathcore is alive and well in the veins of the metal community. Brutal drop cords and chugs of the guitar as well as fast shift from gutural to high screams, Crown Magnetar is a breath of fresh air for the metal community. Nail Funeral is an intense single from the album with lyrics like ‘An eon of heathens traverse a burning kingdom, Filled with despise and neglect, My arteries intersect, With a blade crafted from the nails of penance.’ lyrics that are not only brutal heard within the song but also just as brutal when being read.

We are ecstatic about the reception we’ve been receiving for this new album. Here’s hoping we can reach an even greater audience with a modern Deathcore sound while appealing to OG fans. Life and music moves in cycles and this genre is, in our opinion, undergoing a massive resurgence. We hope to leave our mark on it here.” The band shares in the light of the release of Everything Bleeds which has been widely well accepted since its release in early July. “Everything Bleeds is easily our best work. We put everything we had into this release. 10 hate filled, punching you in the face tech deathcore tracks. We dove deep into making the album more dynamic but still keeping our signature sound. This record has more of everything we’re known for and then some.

My love for concert photography came from my scrolling on tumblr in my high school years, growing more after attending Warped Tour in 2012. Earning my associates degree in the arts from Cochise College in 2017, I started hunting for my next goal. I began my photojournalism journey in 2019 after working for my local newspaper taking shots of anyone and anything. I have a background of short documentaries, video interviewing and editorial shots. My friends tell me I have a plethora of band/music knowledge that I now hope to put to good use.
