Dorothy Drops New Single “I Come Alive”
Today, raven-haired powerhouse rock star and vocalist from Los Angeles Dorothy has released her next single I Come Alive off her highly anticipated new album yet to be named and given a release date. Although, one thing you’ll notice in the lyric video is there seems to be a title for the new album The Way despite the title not being officially announced just yet.
As for the song itself, it starts off with Dorothy showing her powerful vocals as she she declares "I come alive" as she takes fans to church with power and soul. Her stadium-sized vocal performance will make even the finest hair on the back of your neck stand on end with all of its glory. Her voice is backed by buzzsaw riffs and an unforgettable groove. This song is not only a motivational message for the artist but for the fans as well.
"When I'm faced with the weight of the world and things feel like they're at their worst, I try to pause and let the turbulent emotions pass. I try to take a good honest look at myself. I may have a bad day, week, or month…but then I get up and I face the fear and problems head on. I put my armor on and fight. The only way out is through the pain."
