Fit For An Autopsy Sell Out First Night of Tour in NYC
All Photos By: Belindajean LaBoy | Shirt By Kristala Game Dark FantasyOn Wednesday March 8th, deathcore heavy hitters Fit For An Autopsy kicked off their first night of tour in their hometown and played to a sold out crowd in NYC at the Brooklyn Monarch. The Acacia Strain, Full of Hell, and Primitive Man opened up the show allowing the fans to lose their minds and nearly destroy the room before the boys can close out the night. The venue wasn’t prepared for this amount of madness from the crowd as fans rushed the stage to get their chance to jump off meanwhile many fans had to protect themselves as bodies came from every direction. It was one helluva a night!
For the first time in over a year since their last album release for Oh What The Future Holds, fans were pleasantly surprised by a brand new unreleased single Hellions out now. They played this song mid-set along with many fan favorites and the crowd roared in excitement. The single is going to be featured in an upcoming compilation album along with THY ART IS MURDER and MALEVOLENCE.
“Hellions’ was a fun look back at some of our more brutal and fast-paced roots more akin to our earlier material. This year marks the 10-year anniversary of Hellbound, the record which we all collectively feel really started things in motion for the band. It was a blast to channel the energy and excitement we had at that time back into our music in 2023. It’s only natural for bands to evolve and expand their sound over time, but we never forgot where we came from, so this one is for those who were here from day one!”
