Left Cross Release Second LP, Upon Desecrated Altars

Virginia natives, Left Cross are rising stars in the Death Metal scene. Starting out in 2015, the band has established that they are a powerhouse with a war-charged performance. A cacophonous offering, Upon Desecrated Altars joins grotesque melodies with an inhuman vehemence that forgoes any ambiguity. Little to no respite can be found as each track builds upon the devastation of the last, ultimately rising to a crescendo of conquest. With a salvo of blistering solos, thunderous percussion, and infernal commands, Left Cross declares victory and marches onward.

Left Cross has booked a short run of East Coast tour dates in support of the album. From December 14th through 17th they’ll storm through Richmond, Washington DC, New York City, and New Brunswick alongside Witch Vomit. See the confirmed dates below and expect additional shows to be announced.

Photographer & Writer

My love for concert photography came from my scrolling on tumblr in my high school years, growing more after attending Warped Tour in 2012. Earning my associates degree in the arts from Cochise College in 2017, I started hunting for my next goal. I began my photojournalism journey in 2019 after working for my local newspaper taking shots of anyone and anything. I have a background of short documentaries, video interviewing and editorial shots. My friends tell me I have a plethora of band/music knowledge that I now hope to put to good use.
