Loveless Launches New Single: “I Hope I’m Not Sick”
Loveless, the Los Angeles rock duo consisting of vocalist / producer Julian Comeau and multi-instrumentalist Dylan Tirapelli-Jamail, disclose their new single “I Hope I’m Not Sick” via BMG / Rise Records. The song was produced by Comeau alongside Nick Morzov (Animals as Leaders, The Night Game), the track highlights the duo’s unique combination of emo, alt-pop, and high-velocity rock.
Loveless is a rock duo that first formed in 2019 and released their debut single “Better” in April 2020 just as COVID lockdown restrictions began to go into full force. Due to the restrictions, Loveless had to turn to social media to connect with their worldwide fan base. The duo started to achieve success by sharing thrilling covers online, peaking at #2 on the Billboard Hot Hard Rock Songs chart with their rendition of Elley Duhé's "MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT," attracting Lizzo's attention with their take on "About Damn Time," and becoming popular with their emo/pop-punk cover of Billie Eilish's "Happier Than Ever,". With 2 million TikTok followers, 2 million Spotify monthly listeners, over 250k YouTube subscribers, 5 million monthly streams on Pandora, and over 311k+ Instagram followers, Loveless have created an astounding online community.
After listening to “I Hope I’m Not Sick”, the vocals were absolutely outstanding and the notes that were sung were very impressive. The song provides the fans with an introspective exploration of the sentimental landscape it came across whereas navigating emotional obstacles and those who deal with mental illnesses and how it is a part of them everyday.
Loveless will be finished with their sold out North American leg of the tour in and will be continuing their tour in Europe, Australia and the UK. Loveless will perform at Lollapalooza in Chicago before heading out overseas to complete the tour.
