About We Came As Romans:
The band has been delivering challenging, triumphant, and passionate anthems since 2009's To Plant a Seed, their landmark debut album. As with every WCAR album before it, Darkbloom is a bright light in the darkness. Singer David Stephens, guitarist Joshua Moore, bassist Andy Glass, guitarist Lou Cotton, and drummer David Puckett usher in an ambitious, courageous new era, while honoring the legacy and memory of their fallen bandmate, co-vocalist and keyboardist Kyle Pavone.
It wasn't long before We Came As Romans grabbed the attention of the metalcore, post-hardcore, and Warped Tour subcultures. Live, their hook-filled heavy music connects with an even greater urgency because of the uplifting message it conveys. There is a growing catalog of electronic sounds, melodies, and metallic might that soars in clubs, theaters, and festivals all around the world. The Used, Bring Me The Horizon, I Prevail, and Bullet For My Valentine are just a few of the tastemaker acts they've supported.
Conquering a myriad of impressive milestones since their formation - including topping Billboard’s Independent Albums chart, and accumulating over 500 million catalog streams worldwide - WCAR have no intention of slowing down anytime soon.
