Originating from the vibrant city of Krakow, Poland, this four-member band made a striking entrance into the music scene in late 2018 when they unveiled their first album, "Abyss EP.” Following this debut, they gained attention for their metalcore interpretations of popular songs, such as "Sweet But Psycho" in 2019 and "Flowers" in 2023. Their momentum continued with the release of their latest singles in 2023, including "Let's Go W!LD", "The First Nail", and "Without Control", signifying a pivotal moment in their musical odyssey. Their most recent offering, the EP titled "Dead End", showcases their evolution as musicians.
The stage serves as their arena, where My Own Abyss has graced it alongside powerful performers like Paledusk, Space of Variations, The Materia, The Sixpounder, Virgin Snatch, and numerous others, captivating audiences in their home country and beyond.

The band's poised to embark on a monumental journey with their two-part Dead End Tour, commencing on April 19th and culminating in December this year. The music for the new EP was skillfully produced and mixed by Matt Thomas, showcasing his exceptional talent. Furthermore, the tracks were meticulously mastered by Joel Wanasekat of JTW Recording, known for his work with Carnation, Machine Head, and Dååth. The captivating cover artwork was designed by Woeismel and expertly edited by Mikołaj Mędrala. The EP was officially released on both CD and digital platforms on April 5, 2024, and is readily available across all popular music distribution channels.
The band's latest release, "Dead End," delves deep into the raw experiences of intense emotions. The song narrates the gripping story of a profound inner conflict between the mind and the heart, which arises from the toxic environment surrounding a person. The intense pressure from the corrupted norms and surroundings forces the protagonist into uncontrollable actions in a desperate attempt to find peace and relief. However, the outcome proves to be unexpectedly counterproductive, intensifying the negative emotions and leaving the protagonist isolated with their inner demons by the end of the ordeal.
