The String Cheese Incident 2023 Spring Tour
The Spring Cheese Incident has released the dates for their 2023 Spring Tour. The tour is set to begin at the Backwoods Music Festival on April 22nd. After that, the band will head through the Midwest to Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota before finishing in the coast in North Carolina.
The Spring Cheese Incident have been on the scene for three decades, creating groundbreaking music and leaving the indistury wowed by their philanthropy, spirit, and integrity towards music and humanity. The group first gained traction in the music industry as the Internet was taking over and generalized business models were failing; as a result, the group took matters into their own hands and chose to create their own music on their own terms.
With the Internet at their fingertips, the group was one of the first in the industry to use the Internet to promote their band - releasing tour dates, band updates, and other information about the band while also working to generate a fanbase. The group thrived on their independence and went on to create their own ticket, merchandise, and fan travel companies. SCI Fidelity Records, owned and operated by the group, have maintained the same business practices since opening their doors in 1998 - accessibility to their fans.
The group are conscientious and mindful in their approaches in their music community and in all communities. For example, the group held “Green” shows and tours - among the first to do so. Additionally, SCI have worked to raise money for non-profit organizations including HeadCount and Conscious Alliance.
SCI hosts annual concerts including Hulaween, Electric Forest, and a New Year’s Eve bash.
Tickets for the tour are on sale now.
