Britain's KARAMELIEN Presents 'Living With The Moon', Sweet Reverie Previewing the Indie Pop Duo's Debut Album
September 19th, 2023 - UK-based indiepop duo Karamelien release their new single ‘Living With The Moon’ + an accompanied music video. The song is the title track off their upcoming album of the same name; Living With The Moon which is due for release 10/27.
In a feel-good guitar-driven anthem, this gives the musical finger to the armchair critics. In the same breath, it also embraces the lunar flow - the ups and downs and ebbs and flows of life and all that it entails.
““I wrote this song after a year of counselling for depression and anxiety, linked to menopause and not helped by Covid-enforced inactivity and unease. On our final session, my amazing counsellor Jude, who I have kept in touch with, described the acceptance of good and bad days as ‘like living with the moon’. I told her that would make a great song title and promised her I’d write it – and I did!”
Based in East Grinstead, Karamelien is singer-songwriter Léanie Kaleido and guitarist Mark Foster - two long-time friends, whose music has forged an even stronger bond between them. The new single is about finding triumph through adversity, but also makes for a great singalong indie pop anthem.
