FEUERSCHWANZ & LORD OF THE LOST Release Single “Lords Of Fyre”

On November 12th band LORD OF THE LOST and FEUERSCHWANZ released a new single called Lords Of Fyre and today I’m going to look into it.
FEUERSCHWANZ are an eight-member band from Erlangen, Germany founded in 2004. The band consists of Johanna (violin and hurdy-gurdy), Hauptmann (vocals and guitar), Hodi (flutes, bagpipes, guitars, and vocals), Hans (guitar), Jarne (bass), Rollo (drums), Mush Mush, and Myu (dance & performance). They describe their genre as Medival metal.
LORD OF THE LOST are Chris Harms (vocals and guitar), Pi Stoffers (guitar), Benjamin “Benji” Mundigler (guitar and synths), Klaas Helmecke (bass), Gerrit Heinemann (piano, synths, percussions), Niklas Kahl (drums). They, as Hodi said, are “from a completely different musical world”. They are mostly known thanks to being German representative for the Eurovision Contest in 2023 with the song “Blood & Glitter”, but they are not only that. LORD OF THE LOST worked for their success since 2007.
“We are the Lords Of Fyre” is the beginning of their new creation. The song is not only rich musically but also lyrically. The lyrics can really touch our hearts. It gave me a goose bump when the “You’re not alone in the dark” verse was sung. They won my attention from the beginning , when the energetic guitars and drums kicked in. The music video is very interesting too. Some members of the bands are wearing armor which really gives off this ‘lord’ vibe. The performers from the FEUERSCHWANZ did some real work in it. The last chorus of the song gave me chills as well.
Afterall I fell in love with the song. I totally love singers' voices, guitarists riffs, bassists bass lines, and drum lines as well as the synths and all the other instruments.
