Hawthorne Heights Expand “Is For Lovers Tour”
Hawthorne Heights have expanded their “Is For Lovers Tour” to eight new locations for 2023. They will be going to Hawaii, Lake Tahoe, Denver, Manteo, Council Bluffs, Cincinnati, Pelham and Mansfield. The supporting acts will vary for each show.
“Is For Lovers Festival '' incorporates local businesses with food on site as well as a marketplace and activity areas to showcase local creators. This will give fans a unique way to continue to have fun between each band’s set. Just like last year, there will be a coffee booth, also partnered with a local business, which Hawthorne Heights will help run.
Tickets for all dates are available now with VIP options available simultaneously. For tickets and more information click here.

Hawthorne Heights was formed in Dayton, Ohio in 2001. The band’s members are JT Woodruff as their vocalist and guitarist, Matt Ridenour as the bassist, Mark McMillon as the guitarist, and Chris Popadak as the drummer. Over the past 22 years, they have released seven albums: The Silence in Black and White (2004), If Only You Were Lonely (2006), Fragile Failure (2008), Skeletons (2010), Zero (2013), Bad Frequencies (2018) and The Rain Just Follows Me (2021). Alternative Press have dubbed them as “the kings of writing knockout choruses,” Rolling Stone calls them the “grassroots charts kings,” and New Noise describes their music to have “effortless joy.” They have had many Billboard debuts including four of their albums in the Top 100. Their biggest success is their song “Ohio Is For Lovers,” which inspired the name for the “Is For Lovers Tour.”
