Iron Maiden: Legacy Of The Beast “Born To Raise Hell” Game Collaboration with Motörhead
A new year brings a list of new in-game collaborations. Teaming up in the past couple of years with musical heavyweights such as Disturbed, Five Finger Death Punch and Ghost. Legacy of the Beast is very excited to partner with Motörhead’s iconic mascot Snaggletooth in the free-to-play game! This exciting collaboration has culminated in a new dungeon event called Born to Raise Hell, whose storyline is also inspired by the lyrics and albums of Motörhead.
One of the biggest metal bands in history, Iron Maiden has ventured off into a different reality and brought one of their closest friends, Motörhead for an immersive digital gameplay experience in partnership with Navigator Games.
Iron Maiden’s free mobile app game, Iron Maiden: Legacy of The Beast joins forces together with Motörhead including the band’s official mascot, Snaggletooth for the ultimate game battle in a new dungeon event titled “Born To Raise Hell” whose storyline follows the antics of lyrics and albums from Motörhead.

The dungeon is set along the infamous Sunset Strip known for its significance of the cultivating rock music and nightlife scene. Matter of fact, this was Motörhead’s most popular desired destination to visit during the 1980s where the band played in clubs such as the Whisky A Go Go and the Rainbow Bar & Grill. This place became a staple within the band’s journey and proved to be their second home to their legendary frontman, Lemmy.

Starting on March 15th, fans and players worldwide are able to follow the journey along the neighbors of the iconic Sunset Boulevard where chaos ensues from gangs running rampant across the city. The Syndicates are at war to earn power, money, and influence. The beloved Snaggletooth teams up with Wasteland Eddie to take over the streets and clear out the gang before reaching new levels of organized crime. If the powerful duo manages to take down the gang’s powerful leader, will it bring down the territorial dispute and rebuild the city?
Players can earn the Snaggletooth character for FREE from the newest login calendar starting Wednesday, March 15th 5pm PT. Just log in any 7 days between March 15th 5pm PT and April 14th at 5pm PT to earn awesome rewards including the Snaggletooth on the 7th day.
The Iron Maiden: Legacy of the Beast gameplay first launched in 2016 that has reached #1 mobile RPG in multiple markets, with over 4.5 million players worldwide having downloaded the game to do battle against the Beast and his Hordes!
Legacy of the Beast brings the band’s famed undead mascot, Eddie, across mesmerizing worlds inspired by Iron Maiden’s music and imagery. Eddie’s quest is to find and gather the remaining fragments of his soul that leads to fighting legions of his sworn enemies and teaming up with heroes straight from the folklore of Iron Maiden’s discography. The band is directly involved within the creation of Legacy of The Beast’s universe, character creation and the story development in pursuit of making their video game come to life.
The game includes special monthly dungeon events where players can participate to earn new characters and rare rewards based on Maiden songs or themes. So far, Legacy of The Beast has included demon infested Infernal Dungeon, The Haunted Boneyard and the foreboding Raven’s Altar.
Throughout the years, the Legacy of the Beast universe has expanded to include 38 dungeons and 6 story worlds. All ranging from the pits of Hell, Ancient Egypt, and World War II up until the far future, with hundreds of characters including over 100 Eddies based on classic Maiden album covers.
A vast array of enemies - corrupt Demons (Lucifer, Baphomet), Gods (Horus, Osiris, Odin) and Monsters, a bloody Player vs. Player Battle Arena, and a ruthless Gauntlet feature designed to satisfy new players and hardcore long-term players. The ‘Clans’ feature allows players to join forces with their blood brothers to complete team tasks and face off against monstrous Raid Bosses. All to an in-game soundtrack of close to 60 Iron Maiden tracks including - The Trooper, Where Eagles Dare, Aces High, and more.
In 2018 and 2019, Iron Maiden embarked on their “Legacy of The Beast” Stadium tour across Europe and the US featuring characters from the worlds on their stage. Additionally, Iron Maiden's most recent live album ‘Nights of the Dead “Legacy of the Beast” Live in Mexico City’, every November, Legacy of the Beast will celebrate Dia de Muertos (Day of the Dead) with a DotD themed dungeon and characters.
