Kublai Khan TX Announces New Album ‘Exhibition Of Prowess’ with the Release of “Supreme Ruler” Track and Music Video

Kublai Khan TX have been making big moves in the industry in the last few years, and 2024 might just be the biggest yet. Just this week, the four-piece Tesas-based band announced they will release their fifth album, Exhibition Of Prowess. This exciting news was announced shortly after their brand new 54-second single “Supreme Ruler” was released, paired with a music video.

Exhibition Of Prowess will be released via Rise Records on September 20 and will include features from Dave Peters and Jamey Jasta of Hatebreed. Through their 15 years as a band, Kublai Khan TX has been known to deliver the most intense, heavy-hitting breakdowns featuring the iconic deep southern vocals of Matt Honeycutt. This album will be no exception to that, with the last song on the tracklist being possibly one of the most anticipated songs in metal this year, “Antpile 2”.  When asked about the release of the new album, the band replied, 

"'Supreme Ruler' is a metalcore torpedo aimed straight at the world. This song captures the true simplicity and pissed-off essence of Kublai Khan TX in its rawest form. Straight to the point, no bullshit, and built to last.”

Previously, the band has released “Theory Of Mind”, which was a fan favorite of the bands, and most recently they released “Low Tech”, a song with a bit of a different sound than the band typically goes for, but still a testament to Kublai Khan TX’s heavy hitting sound. Both tracks together can be found on the upcoming full-length. Together, the tracks have amassed 11.2 million streams on Spotify, and an additional 2 million views on YouTube, with those numbers growing rapidly, the band has proven they will not be stopped. In addition to new music, Kublai Khan TX will also be featured on one of 2024’s most anticipated American core shows with Lorna Shore, Whitechapel, and Sanguisugabogg.
