Until I Wake Return With "Hole Hearted"
Buffalo metal band Until I Wake have returned with their brand new single and music video for Hole Hearted with their new vocalist Justin Smith, alongside bassist Ryan Ridley, guitarists August Geitner and Niko Karras, and drummer Alex Curtin. This is yet another great single since Smith joined the band last year and it has only made these guys create some great tracks fans love.
Until I Wake have upped the ante, cranking all knobs to 11. Pummeling verses collide with soaring, arena-ready choruses, all of which are backed with percussion so immediate it could replace your own heartbeat and a relentless barrage of neck-snapping riffs — the kind that hard rock fans can't get enough of. Until I Wake have leveled up every element of their sound, and if "Hole Hearted" is any indication, they will settle for nothing less than world domination.
"The song was written to bring more awareness to mental health. It speaks about the struggles of navigating anxiety, depression, and other mental illnesses. It addresses the feeling of constantly battling our own minds to live the life we want to live."

The song, which the band worked on with The Plot In You's Landon Tewers, boasts an even deeper personal meaning for Until I Wake.

Until I Wake burst onto the scene when they released a self-titled EP in 2021. Early praise was swift and streams numbered in the tens of millions worldwide.
