The newly released single, “Everybody Needs Someone” featuring Vance Joy is Cyrus’ first music drop of 2023 following the success of her debut studio album, The Hardest Part. The track composes a beautiful acoustic folk-pop arrangement that carries a delicate and catchy melody. The chorus of the track sings: “But don't slip away before the dawn, morning's about to come. And everybody needs someone, and I'll be here waitin'.” detailing a strong ridden companionship where even a long departure still connects them together.
