It’s a Saturday night in New York City, both school and work are out but instead of spending it at the bars, fans spent it at a sold out show in Irving Plaza witnessing Set It Off with Crown The Empire and DeathByRomy as part of The Deathless Tour.

‘DOGMA’, the fifth studio album from genre-bending, modern post-metalcore quartet, Crown The Empire is out now via Rise Records. Alongside the release, the band premieres the music video for “Superstar.” The track, featuring Palaye Royale’s Remington Leith, will join the album’s previously released singles “Black Sheep,” “DOGMA,” “Immortalize,” “In Another Life” featuring Spiritbox’s Courtney LaPlante, and “Dancing With The Dead.”

Texas based post-metalcore quartet band, Crown The Empire recently announced their fifth new upcoming record, DOGMA, set to be released on April 28 through Rise Records. The band has also revealed their upcoming spring US tour supporting hard-rock band, Nothing More.

Coming off of tour with Slipknot and Ice Nine Kills in October the most recent we’ve heard from Crown the Empire was in 2020 with their release of ‘07102010’.

As I got to Webster Hall I already knew the energy was going to be insane, from the line outside and right from the start of the show everyone was giving it 100% of their energy! This was probably one of the best shows back since covid I’ve been to! 

On Friday, August 13th, modern metal band Crown The Empire dropped their brand new single and music video for “In Another Life” featuring Spiritbox vocalist Courtney LaPlante. The mix of this collaboration perfectly meshes together with Courtney’s powerful and incredible vocals with the band’s signature sound of massive, angular riffs, heavy rhythm, sweeping electronic elements, and Andy Leo’s emotionally charged clean vocals alongside Hayden Tree’s visceral screams.
