It was only last year where Whitechapel did something similar, albeit on a smaller scale. From April 14th to May 13th, 2023, the deathcore icons from Nashville, Tennessee trekked across the US with Entheos, Signs Of The Swarm, and Archspire, playing their 2019 album, The Valley from front to back along with deep cuts from their first two albums, Somatic Defilement and This Is Exile.
Back in January, the band released Live In The Valley, a live album that captured Whitechapel’s seventh annual hometown Christmas Benefit Show at The Mill & Mine in Knoxville, Tennessee on December 22nd, 2022. The live album featured the band playing songs from both The Valley and Kin with the audio being recorded, engineered, mixed and mastered by guitarist Zach Householderand is considered the final chapter in the Kin’s album cycle.
Whitechapel is currently at work on their upcoming ninth studio album and you will get a taste of that new album with the band playing a new song on this upcoming tour with Lorna Shore. Grab your tickets now and get ready for one of the biggest tours in Deathcore history.
