The Sessanta E.P.P.P - New Music from Puscifer, Primus & A Perfect Circle Arrives March 29 via Puscifer Entertainment

Maynard James Keenan’s birthday blowout concert tour Sessanta is set to go off in a couple of weeks, and to coincide with the tour’s launch, Sessanta E.P.P.P. will drop featuring Puscifer, A Perfect Circle, and Primus. The three-song EP will be released on March 29th via Puscifer Entertainment and features one new song from each band. Maynard James Keenan, a member of Puscifer and A Perfect Circle, co-wrote all three tracks. Fans will get to hear these songs performed live during the Sessanta tour.

Sessanta E.P.P.P. tracklist:

1. A Perfect Circle “Kindred”

2. Puscifer “No Angel”

3. Primus “Pablo’s Hippos”

Sessanta E.P.P.P. will be made available both digitally and on vinyl with pre-orders available on the official tour website Sessantalive.com which will also offer an exclusive glow-in-the-dark vinyl variant with red and yellow swirls. The B-side of the variant features an etching of Cerbero, the three-headed mutant mascot of Sessanta. An additional variant is a tour-exclusive vinyl limited to 75 copies per night. The tour-exclusive variant features instrumental versions of the three songs on the B-side. Each show on the tour will have its unique color variant that will be highlighted daily on social media.

The Sessanta tour offers fans a unique experience. The trio of bands will share the stage simultaneously. While Puscifer, A Perfect Circle, and Primus will each perform their own sets, the players for each set will be made up of a mix of all three bands’ members. The idea behind Sessanta started in 2014 when Keenan celebrated his 50th birthday with a special series of shows in Los Angeles called Cinquanta. Ten years later, Keenan decided to celebrate his 60th birthday in an even grander style by taking the show on the road. Sessanta will kick off April 2nd at the Boch Center Wang Theatre in Boston, MA. The 21-date tour will make its way across the United States ending on May 4th at the Forest Hills Stadium in Forest Hills, NY. These shows will mark the first time since 2018 that A Perfect Circle has performed any live concerts.

“It took some massaging and some long days in rehearsal, but we managed to seamlessly pull off this three-song rotation at Cinquanta, my 50th birthday shows, at The Greek Theatre in 2014. Bands aren’t used to simultaneously sharing the stage with other bands, but if anyone can do it, it’s Primus, A Perfect Circle, and Puscifer.”
