Thursday To Release "War All The Time Live" on Vinyl + Touring This Winter
Emo fans rejoice! The legendary and highly acclaimed post-hardcore quintet Thursday have teamed up with Velocity Records to announce the vinyl repressing of War All The Time Live. Pre-orders, including multiple color variants and even a limited CD version are available now at the label’s webstore. War All The Time Live was released on June 30th, 2022 and is a live celebration capturing the band’s live performance of their third studio album War All The Time. War All The Time was released in September of 2003 and was a massive success. The album charted at #7 on the Billboard 200 and sold over 74,00 copies in its first week. Among the band’s Top 5 most streamed songs on Spotify, “War All The Time” sits at #2 with “ Signals Over The Air” sitting at #4, followed by “For The Workforce, Drowning” at #5. In total, these three songs have gathered a combined number of over 18 million streams. The album’s notable sound combines that of melodic emo angst, and the fast and aggressive punk attitude. The album became a defining moment for post-hardcore and emo music in the early 2000’s and aided in the genre's popularity.

The band will be celebrating the album’s 30th anniversary this winter with a headlining tour across the US, playing the album in its entirety with RivalSchools and Many Eyes serving as support.
