Waterparks Stop in Phoenix, AZ on The A Night Out On Earth Tour

Back on Friday, December 3rd, Waterparks made a stop in Phoenix, AZ on the A Night Out On Earth Tour with support from Phem. It was a night full of great music, dancing, and some fun shenanigans.

Phem put on a great performance to start off the night while building up the anticipation for Waterparks. As soon as the “Dream Boys” took the stage and “Greatest Hits” which is the title track off of their most recent album started playing the crowd went wild. As always, lead singer, Awsten Knight had some fun with the crowd in between songs. A fan held up a Minecraft Steve doll which lead Knight to go on a hilarious tangent ending in him getting a pocket knife to decapitate the Steve plush which had vanished by that point. Knight also had some fun with drummer, Otto Wood. He had to crowd do a repeat-after-me chant while accusing him of hiding bodies. Besides the fun harassment, Knight also played a fan “Happy Birthday” on the electric guitar.

Playing fan-favorite songs off of their first album Double Dare and brand new songs off of their most recent album Greatest Hits, there was never a lapse in fans singing along throughout the night. During “Lucky People” Knight had fans climb on top of their significant others’ shoulders while holding up their phone lights. The crowd of course had a blast while Waterparks played TikTok famous, “I Miss Having Sex But Atleast I Don’t Want To Die Anymore”. They also played songs such as “Stupid For You” and “Turbulent” which the crowd of course loved. Knight even ran around the stage sporting a pride flag during “Take Her To The Moon”. Ending the night with “See You In The Future”, this show was not one to miss.
