Polyphia made a stop at The Marquee Theatre in Tempe, AZ, on Tuesday, October 3rd while on their mostly sold-out ‘Remember That You Will Die Tour.’

On Wednesday, September 27th, The Used made a stop in Flagstaff, AZ on their Fall North American tour with support from Dead American and Sleeping With Sirens.

On September 24th, I saw I SEE STARS, ERRA, and Bad Omens at KEMBA LIVE in Columbus, Ohio.

Touring in support of their sixteenth(!!!) album, Chaos Horrific, Cannibal Corpse embarked on a nationwide trek alongside Norwegian black metal pioneers Mayhem, with a stop at Brooklyn Steel, bringing Canadian technical death metal band Gorguts and Colorado’s Blood Incantation along for the ride.

On a pretty calm Tuesday night in NYC, Attila was out bring their brand of party metalcore out to liven things up a little.

August 18th, 2023 — Blessthefall brought their Ten Year Hollow Bodies tour to Irving Plaza, NYC. To celebrate the ten year anniversary of their fourth released album Hollow Bodies. The band enlisted Dragged Under, Kingdom of Giants, and Caskets as support for this tour.

July 28th, 2023- The Ghost Inside and Underoath performed at Irving Plaza in NYC.

On Monday, July 31st, Kard filled Arizona Financial Theatre in Phoenix, Arizona, to give Hidden Kard the night of their life on their first-ever show in Arizona.

On July 20th L.S. Dunes made a stop at Mr. Smalls Theatre in Pittsburgh, PA with support from pinkshift. The entire night was full of high energy and incredible music.

On April 22nd, Real Friends and Knuckle Puck made a stop in Mesa, AZ at The Nile Theatre on their ‘Chilling And Rocking Across The USA Tour’ with Between You & Me opening up the show.

New England based band Carpathia is Alternative , Progressive Metal . They just released their first full album “ The Mooring” earlier this year . It is now out with haunting tracks such as “ Low Tides” and “ Claudius” you can find CARPATHIA on all major platforms. I caught up with Lead Vocalist Samatha Alice at a show they were playing in Worcester , Massachusetts at “ The Raven Nightclub” briefly touching base on the nights set list with songs on the list such as title track “ Sacrifice” from their EP “ 1912 “ released in 2019 also available on Spotify.

In honor of their latest record Steady as well as the re-pressing of 2007’s Never Hear the End of It, Canadian power pop/indie rockers Sloan came to NYC to perform two sets at Bushwick’s Brooklyn Made. There was no opening act, just an intimate evening with the band. Beginning in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 1991 and moving to Toronto later on, Sloan are best known for their storytelling, tight harmonies, and infectious hooks. As each member sings their own songs and trades their instruments throughout the night, there’s always something different for fans and new listeners to latch onto.

The Creative Control Tour was something I’ve needed for years and never realized it.

On May 26th and 27th, I got to see many amazing bands at Sonic Temple Festival. During the festival I had many amazing opportunities, these opportunities allowed me to be really close to some bands and to take some photos for them.

Deathcore band Whitechapel is finally headlining their first tour in 4 years. Alongside some them on this tour are the bands Archspire, Signs of the swarm and Entheos. The Tennessee band had planned to tour for their 2019 album “ The Valley “ but the pandemic crisis cut the tour idea short. Now as we are into 2023 and the pandemic isn’t as crazy as it once was. The band has decided that this tour is the perfect opportunity to finally do a headliner for the album. They are playing the entirety of the album at every stop!

Just days after celebrating the release of their new album, Disposable Everything, at various record stores in the region, AJJ performed at Webster Hall on the second night of the Disposable Everything tour.

Let it be known, for on the day of May the 23rd, of the year 2023, Webster Hall in New York City was welcomed into Avatar Country.
